AFM Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint (formerly known as Deckote) is a highly durable, waterborne semi-gloss floor coating, ideal for concrete floors or walls as well as stucco, brick, block, stone, or magnesite. NOTE Not for use in garages or driveways due to hot tire pickup. Also, this product will not bond to floors made of gypcrete which is a lightweight concrete used in apartment floors.Two coats are recommended for optimal performance. The second coat must be applied within a few days. Any longer will allow the product to completely cure and require light sanding before the second application. Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint can be tinted to any AFM color.
